I'm a big fan of Donna Hay. Her Modern Classics Book 1 is one of my all time favourites.
I also subscribe to her magazine which comes out every second month.
She's an Australian cook. No nonsense. Very easy. Her recipes are modern, quite sophisticated at times but always very simple.
